GENERAL
INFORMATION
LANGUAGE:
The official language is English. Simultaneous translation English-Italian-English
will be provided.
VENUE: The Course
will be held at the Congress Center of ENTE FIERA, Via dellOreficeria,
36100 Vicenza (Italy), on May 30 trough June 2, 2006
REGISTRATION:
The deadline for registration is May 10, 2006. The
registration fee is € 800,00 (€ 666.30 + iva) and includes:
congress kit, proceedings, attendance to scientific sessions. Registration
after May 10 or on-site registration will be subject to space availability
and the registration fee will be € 960,00 (€ 800,00 + iva).
TRANSPORTATION: Vicenza is a small city not provided with airport.
However, several daily connections are available from Milano, Venice,
Verona and Rome. Venice and Verona airports are located 45 minutes from
Vicenza. During the course, shuttle buses will be provided from and to
selected hotels.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION: the course secretariat will not organize hotel
accomodation for delegates. At the end of this brochure there is a complete
list of available hotels with directions for direct reservation. Selected
hotel will be served by shuttle bus to and from the congress center.
CLIMATE: in May and June the weather
in Vicenza is generally mild and sunny with occasional showers. The average
temperature is 28°C max and 18°C min.
